How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@windermind.com within 5 days of receiving your product. Please include your Order Number and the reason for your return in the email.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and the address for our processing center.

  3. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will coordinate with you to process the refund via a bank transfer or UPI.

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are in their original, unopened packaging. If the product has been used, it is not eligible for a refund.
